Lacking Motivation

So these last couple days I have been so bad about having absolutely no motivation to do things at home, or go to the gym, or even cook dinner! Once I get off work I am just so exhausted and tired of hearing everyone's complaints for the day that all I want to do is sit on my couch and watch a movie with Trever.
While I'm at work I think to myself "Ok when I get home I'll head to the gym, come home get dinner ready, then do laundry til it's time to go to bed" It sounds like such a good plan until I actually get off work then realize that I don't want to do any of those things! Am I a terrible person?
I hate the fact that all my energy is going to work and not to my home and husband. I guess I need to just learn how to prioritize my day so that things still get done at home. Trever has been great about not pushing me to make dinner, or do laundry and he will step up and help when he can tell I'm tired. But, he's the one working and going to school, plus all the homework and reading he needs to be doing. I feel so bad taking time away from those things.
Hopefully after these next few days (hopefully not weeks) I will get back into a routine of things.. Until then, I guess I will just try and find that motivation wherever it's hiding!

Thanks for listening to me wine, I know I have it good. Some people that can't find jobs or can't afford to have a home and here I am complaining about having a warm place to rest.

Happy Thursday to all!

Summing Up the Summer!

So I've pretty much been really bad at blogging lately! I definately need to get better, I don't know if anyone really reads this anymore... but for the few that do and for me, I need to play catch- up!
We had such a great summer, and the greatness is continuing into fall. I'm not ready for Summer to be over. There were so many things that I wish we could have done more of but just never got the chance.
I love Fall, I love the Holidays, I just don't love the cold!
I thought I would share our adventures over the summer (In no particular order)

We went to Rascal Flatts at USANA with our friends Ryan and Jessica, we sure had a blast!
Over the 24th of July my brother Tyson had us over to his house for a pool party. We spent the whole day in the pool and laying around, and of course we had to do fireworks! We definately took advantage of the new firework laws and definately put on a good show.

Trever turned 26! We decided to go camping over his birthday with my family -the one and only time we went this year :( We had so much fun! We went four wheeling and fishing. The dogs were able to just have there own freedom and wonder around. The kiddos got to ride on the four-wheelers with us and couldn't get enough. It was a good Birthday for Trev.

On our way up camping we stopped in Provo at a small place called J Dawgs. A little local hotdog shop, super delicious.

Corver fell asleep on one of the many four-wheeler rides we went on. Can't get enough of this kid! love him to pieces. Corv and Sawyer had a blast playing in the dirt together.

Most recently not really in the summer but we went up to SnowBird to the Oktoberfest. We had a blast! Jess and I got our face painted, I loved it. Best Face painting ever! We also did a Characature drawing of me and Trev which turned out cute as well!

We took the Tram up the mountain and this was the view. Absolutely beautiful! My Brother and his wife Shantai met us up their for a little bit (they went up for their Anni) So it was fun to see them for a bit!

My brother and my parents have BYU season tickets, my parents were unable to go to the BYU/Utah game and Tyler knows Trev is a U of U fan so he invited us to take my parents seats. It was our first football game and we had fun, they sure do pack as many people as possible into that stadium! Luckily our team won, my brother was not very happy on our way home... he pretty much didn't speak the whole time, just listened to his radio. Overall it was a good night for us! just sad that my brother was sad..

Last but not least Our Anniversary! We celebrated Our 3 Year Anniversary in September, I can't believe its already been 3 years. I look back and see how far we have come with building our life together. We built a home, Trever is now going to school and has a new job that he loves. We have our pets that are definately training us for kids! I love what we have and can't wait to see what our future holds!

This has been our life over the past 6 months in short and sweet sentences. Hopefully I will be better at blogging and keeping up to date with things!

Happy Fall Everyone!
